Nearly 2,000 apply for NRC selection

Nearly 2,000 people have applied to be selected to sit on the National Reform Council (NRC) and the number is expected to reach the target of 3,000 by Sept 2 when the application period ends, Election Commission secretary-general Puchong Nutrawong said on Sunday.
