A security guard at an industrial estate in Ayutthaya's Wang Noi district found a suitcase and 12 packs of crystal methamphetamine, or "ice", dumped in a shrub on one side of the Want Noi-Thanyaburi elevated expressway in tambon Lamtasao in Wang Noi district while on his way to fish Sunday morning.
