NY road toll: 260 killed, 2,542 injured

Thirty-three people were killed and 379 injured in 342 road accidents nationwide on Jan 3, the fourth of the "seven dangerous days" during the New Year holiday, adding up the road toll to 260 deaths and 2,542 injuries from 2,446 accidents, according to the centre for prevention and reduction of road accidents.
