Major farmers rally on Tuesday

The network of farmers from the western and lower northern provinces on Sunday announced it will hold a major rally in the capital on Tuesday to make a claim for the caretaker government's promised four billion baht per day payment to unpaid growers under the rice-pledging scheme.
