Appeal Court gives driver in 2010 tollway carnage suspended sentence

The female driver of a sedan which collided with a passenger van on the Don Muang tollway in 2010, causing the death of nine people, was on Tuesday handed a two-year jail term by an Appeal Court, which also suspended it for four years.
