The Expressway Authority of Thailand (Exat) has filed a lawsuit against protesters of various groups who had used the expressways without paying tolls during the People's Democratic Reform Committee's (PDRC) shutdown of Bangkok between January and March, Exat's public relations director Busaba Pathummas said on Thursday.
