Issara to surrender to DSI May 28

Issara Somchai, a former Democrat Party MP, said he will surrender to the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) on May 28 to fully enter into the justice process, even though he has not been summoned to report to the National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO).
