The Finance Ministry's measures to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), including subsidies for the first-year credit guarantee fee, are expected to be announced by July, aimed at prodding lenders to extend 137 billion baht in new loans while injecting 825 billion baht of liquidity into the economy.
