SRT: Makkasan can't be used for vans

An area of land near the Makkasan Airport Rail Link station is reserved for commercial development as part of a broader plan to clear 80 billion in debt owed to the Finance Ministry, the State Railway of Thailand (SRT) governor said, and therefore could not be used as a passenger van hub as planned by the military junta.
