Police: Veera, 7 others not charged

No charges have yet been laid against Veera Somkwamkid, coordinator of the Thai Patriots Network, and seven others arrested on Sunday for violating martial law, which prohibits political gatherings, during a march calling for energy reforms, Pol Col Prasopchoke Prommoon, deputy commander of the Crime Suppression Division, said on Monday.
