Appeals court upholds one-year term against red-shirt leader

The Appeals Court Tuesday upheld one-year jail term against former Pheu Thai district councillor and red-shirt leader Somchai Paiboon for having incited red-shirt people to defy the state of emergency to protest in April 2010.
