Court dismisses Greenpeace lawsuit over GMO trials

AFTER MORE than a decade, the Supreme Administrative Court Tuesday dismissed Greenpeace's lawsuit against Department of Agriculture (DOA)'s alleged negligence in relation to genetically modified (GM) papaya demonstration plot that prompted fears of contamination.
