NRC members get Ipad 4

The House of Representative Tuesday handed out iPad4 devices plus monthly payment to members of the National Reform Council. House of Representatives secretary-general Jarae Panprueng said the devices were secondhand - used previously by MPs, who returned them after the House dissolution last year.
