Self-immolated Japanese man jumps from 4th floor to death

A Japanese man put himself on the balcony of Thaniya Plaza's fourth floor and jumped down at 10:40 pm Wednesday, police said. The man was identified as Shinji Watanabe, 37, from Yokohama.
