New constitution 'will be totally new'

The new charter to be written by the Constitution Drafting Committee is unlikely to be a modified version of former constitutions, but a totally new document based on the current situation to cope with problems that remain unsolved, Gen Lertrat Rattanawicharn said after a meeting of the CDC on Thursday.
