Former police officer jailed three years for offering bribe to Constitutional Court judge

The Criminal Court Wednesday jailed former Tambon Phokaew police chief Pol Col Charnchai Netiratthakarn for three years for offering a bribe of Bt30 million to then Constitutional Court judge ML Krairirk Kasemsan to help the Thai Rak Thai Party in the party dissolution case.
