Suphan Buri police chief removed

Pol Maj Gen Chatcharin Sawangwong, the Suphan Buri provincial police superintendent, has been abruptly transferred to an inactive post at the operations centre of the Region 7 Provincial Police Bureau after he ordered 28 newly promoted officers under his command to call on former prime minister Banharn Silpa-archa to take his advice, reports said.
