Human rights commissioner urges Prayut to enforce emergency decree

Nirand Pithakwatchara, a commissioner of the National Human Rights Commission, Sunday urged Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha to enforce the emergency decree instead of invoking Article 44 of the interim charter when the martial law is lifted.
