Magnitude 6.1 earthquake off Crete; no injuries reported

A magnitude 6.1 earthquake struck Thursday evening deep in the seas off the Greek island of Crete and shook the Dodecanese island group, geological reports said. The temblor erupted 37 km beneath the seafloor, just a few kilometers south-west of the island Kasos.
