Storm warning for upper Thailand

Summer thunderstorms, gusty winds and some hail are expected over the Northeast during April 21-23 with another rather strong high pressure system covering southern China expected to reach Thailand's upper Northeast tomorrow, the Meteorological Department said on Monday.
