Banyin, share recipients face arrest

The Southern Bangkok Criminal Court yesterday issued an arrest warrant for former deputy commerce minister Pol Lt-Colonel Banyin Tangpakorn over allegations of theft, document forgery and taking stolen items into possession in relation to the transfer of Bt300 million worth of shares owned by a late construction tycoon.
