Arms dealer to be extradited to India

THE COURT of Appeals yesterday ordered the extradition of Wuthikorn Naruenartwanich, an alleged arms dealer of Nagaland origin, who is wanted in India in connection with brokering arms deals between Chinese suppliers and insurgent outfits in India's Northeast.
