EC secretary general to appeal against termination

ELECTION Commission (EC) secretary-general Puchong Nutrawong yesterday vowed to appeal against the commission's decision to terminate his employment because he failed his annual performance evaluation. The decision went into effect on Tuesday, and Puchong has 15 days to appeal.
