Yingluck’s witnesses allowed written testimony

Deputy Prime Minister Wissanu Krea-Ngam said Thursday that ex-prime minister Yingluck Shinawatra would be allowed to have defence witnesses submit written testimony to the fact-finding panel examining her civil liability related to the rice-pledging scheme.
