THE TELECOM Committee of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission will today consider whether to file criminal lawsuits in addition to civil liability suits against Jas Mobile Broadband, which defaulted on the payment of its first instalment of the Bt75.65-billion spectrum licence, NBTC commissioner Pravit Leestapornvongsa said.
