Thailand moves up slightly in ‘Cloud Computing Scorecard’

IN A NEW study by The Software Alliance (BSA) that assessed cloud-computing policies around the globe, Thailand ranks 21st out of 24 leading information-technology economies, up from 23rd in 2013.
