NACC ‘decides against’ dropping case over crackdown on yellow shirts

THE NATIONAL Anti-Corruption Commission’s sub-panel has decided against dropping the suit against officials responsible for the crackdown on yellow-shirt protesters in 2008 on the grounds that the additional evidence submitted by the defendants was not new, a source from the NACC said Tuesday.
