Anti-torture bill ‘abides by UN guidelines but still incomplete’

Rights defenders on Wednesday praised the Prevention of Torture and Enforced Disappearance Bill for being “well written”, as it abides by the United Nation’s torture protection convention that Thailand has ratified.
