No more military court for lese majeste cases

Prime Minister Prayut Chanocha, as the chief of National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) Monday ordered the end of Military Court’s jurisdiction over lese majeste case and other offences against internal security, bringing back to the civilian Court of Justice.
