Malaysia, Philippines eye hotline

PUTRAJAYA, MALAYSIA — Malaysia and the Philippines are exploring the establishment of a security hotline, Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak said on Friday, a year after scores of gunmen from the southern Philippines invaded Malaysia's Sabah state over a historical territorial claim.
