Fund proposed for paying cost of bail for poor suspects

Deputy Permanent Secretary for Justice Ministry Thawatchai Thaikhiew Wednesday proposed that the Justice Ministry Fund should be used to pay bail cost for some 59,000 poor people who are being detained pending trials of trivial criminal cases.
