Twitter buys India mobile phone startup ZipDial

MUMBAI (AFP) - Twitter said on Tuesday it will buy Indian mobile marketing firm ZipDial, reportedly for $30-$40 million, as it looks to tap one of the world's fastest growing mobile phone markets.
