Certain charter provisions 'too prejudiced': Seree

Seree Suwanphanont, chairman of the National Reform Council (NRC) panel on justice system, court and judges, told charter drafters Friday that many provisions in the new charter were created with "prejudice and emotion" and they will consequently create problems in the future.
