Proposal to add question on joint House vote on PM in charter referendum

The National Reform Steering Assembly (NRSA) agreed on Friday to propose to the National Legislative Assembly (NLA) a referendum question as to whether the junta-appointed Senate should select the prime minister along with elected MPs during the five-year transition period.
