FIVE FILIPINOS were arrested at Bangkok’s Don Mueang Airport on Wednesday after tourist police seized a Bt300,000 diamond necklace they allegedly stole from the 58th Bangkok Gems & Jewellery Fair at Impact Muang Thong Thani.
