Twitter aims to get users talking more amongst themselves

San Francisco (dpa) - In a move that can only be seen as trying to stomp onto the turf of other social messaging networks, Twitter has begun letting users share videos more easily and enabling creation of tight circles of acquaintances for sharing private information.
