UPDATE: Police say homemade bombs caused Paragon blasts

The two loud explosions on an elevated walkway in front of Siam Paragon shopping centre on Sunday night were caused by two improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and they were not intended to kill, police spokesman Pol Lt Gen Prawut Thawornsiri said.
