Police apologise to parents of accident victim

THE POLICE yesterday apologised to the parents of a post-graduate student killed in a car crash for the “mistake” made by investigators in charge of the case who are already facing probe for the delay, deputy national police chief General Pongsapat Pongcharoen said yesterday.
