Leaked 'order' to attack, even kill activists is fake, says NCPO

AUTHORITIES yesterday refuted a supposedly leaked military document ordering the use of violence against political dissidents, saying the paper which mentioned the highly controversial order was fake and seemed designed to provoke conflict.
