‘Impartial’ force of 100,000 officers to be marshalled for vote

An estimated 100,000 police officers will be deployed to ensure the August 7 public referendum on the charter draft is carried out smoothly, Royal Thai Police deputy spokesman Pol Maj-General Piyapan Pingmuang said Monday.
