PM uses to Article 44 to resolve ‘missing link’

The chief of the National Council for Peace and Order, Prayut Chan-o-cha, has invoked Article 44 of the interim charter to resolve the issue of the “missing link” between the Purple Line and Blue Line extension, according to the order announced in the Royal Gazette yesterday.
