Second trafficking warrant issued for ‘Ying Kai’

ANOTHER arrest warrant for human trafficking has been issued for “high-society” woman Monta “Ying Kai” Yokratanakan following testimony to police by her former Laotian maid, whom Monta had accused of stealing Bt2.9 million in valuables, Metropolitan Police Bureau chief Pol Lt-General Sanit Mahathaworn said Monday.
