Peace TV’s broadcast still protected by administrative court’s injunction

The red-shirt Peace TV station can continue its broadcast under an injunction of the administrative court because the latest order of the broadcast/telecom watchdog cannot overrule the court’s order, the Supreme Administrative Court has ruled.
